We use UPS Ground for standard delivery, which typically arrives within 3–7 business days anywhere in the U.S. For faster options, choose UPS Second Day Air for delivery in 2 business days, or UPS Next Day Air for arrival in just 1 business day.

Not at all. With our X-Guard system, your wall stays completely safe while enjoying your PosterX. We’ve tested it on multiple types of walls with different structures, and all results were positive. As long as the surface is solid, smooth, and clean, your walls remain fully protected.

How do I hang my poster?

It’s super easy! You can mount your PosterX without damaging your wall, and remove or replace it anytime. In just three simple steps:

Clean your wall and place the X-Guard.
Attach the magnet securely onto the X-Guard.
Place your PosterX on top of the magnet — it will automatically connect!

How is my poster packaged?

Each PosterX is carefully packed in protective packaging so it arrives safe and ready to hang. We use high-quality shipping boxes wrapped in a polymailer bag for extra durability. Inside the box, the poster is securely wrapped with an additional protective sheet on top, while the mounting tools are placed in their own compartment to ensure they never come into contact with the poster.

How’s the print quality?

We print using state-of-the-art UV machines designed specifically for premium posters. Every image goes through a quality check before printing, and when needed, is enhanced with our software to ensure sharp detail. We make sure every color pops for a vibrant, lasting finish.

Can I take PosterX with me if I move?

Yes! PosterX is lightweight, portable, and easy to reinstall, so it can always move with you. All you’ll need is an extra X-Guard and Magnet, which we also offer separately. Taking it off and reinstalling takes only seconds, making it simple to set up again in your new space.

What if my PosterX isn’t what I expected?

It happens very rarely, but if you’re ever unhappy with your order, we offer a full money-back guarantee within 15 days of delivery, or we can ship you a new poster of your choice. For custom posters, returns are accepted as long as they haven’t been mounted.
