Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Carriers
All PosterX orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers such as UPS or FedEx, depending on destination and order specifications. We coordinate closely with these carriers to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery.
- Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. These estimates are based on carrier-provided transit times and begin once your order has completed production and left our facility. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Shipping Delays & Refund Policy
Because PosterX relies on third-party shipping carriers, the following policies apply to delivery delays or transit-related issues:
- Ground Shipping Delays
Refunds are not issued for delays affecting ground shipping services. Shipping carriers do not provide reimbursement for delays under their ground service terms, and PosterX follows these same guidelines.
- Weather or Force Majeure Delays
Delays caused by weather conditions, natural events, or other circumstances beyond the control of PosterX or the carrier are not eligible for refunds or compensation.
- Carrier Claim Outcomes
If a shipping carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) does not approve or accept a delivery-related claim, PosterX is unable to issue a refund or reimbursement. Our shipping policies align with the limitations and terms set by our shipping partners.
Policy Rationale
While we understand that shipping delays can be frustrating, refunds for delays caused by carriers or external conditions are not sustainable from an operational standpoint. Our policy reflects a balanced approach that allows us to continue offering high-quality, made-to-order posters while working within the service limitations of our shipping partners.
