Returns & Refunds Policy 

Returns

We offer a 30 day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@posterx.com.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Custom & Personalized Posters (Important)

PosterX specializes in custom wall art. Because of this:

  • Posters made from uploaded personal photos

  • Posters created using custom templates

  • Any made-to-order or personalized posters

are non returnable and non refundable, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

These products are created specifically for each customer and cannot be restocked or resold.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your poster is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@posterx.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

In these cases, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Minor damage to external packaging that does not affect the poster itself is not considered product damage.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

  • Original shipping fees are non refundable

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized posters (except for damage or defect)

  • Sale items

If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@posterx.com.
